He has over 30 years of construction experience. Over 20 years as President/CEO leading a successful commercial concrete company. In Marco’s earlier years, he gained experience as an apprentice cement mason. Eventually, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University Chico. He then worked as a project manager/estimator in the military, government, and public works sectors.
The Texas division was founded in 2021, and we are excited about the great things to come.

Mario Albini – TX Partner
As a Project Executive, Mario leads the Texas Division of De Haro Ramirez Group. He has over 23 years of Commercial General Contracting and CMAR experience ranging from; Heavy Civil, Design/Build, Public Works, Commercial Retail Development, Sports Facilities, Tenant Finish-outs, Utilities, Multi-Family, and Custom Residential projects. Mario, too, has earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University Chico. Mario has served as Vice President of Operations, Senior Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and skilled labor in numerous trades.
